RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and its really important that you love your purchase form lalaorange! If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us online within 48hrs of delivery, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with an authorization number, that must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs. All full price designer items can only be exchanged or the customer issued with a credit note (no cash/credit refunds are given) The item must be returned to lalaorange.com.au within 10 days of the shipping date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging, packing slip and protective shields on swimsuit bottoms). This does not mean you cannot try it on for size! Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or credited, and will be returned to the customer. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. With the exception of items purchased as Christmas gifts, any items returned after 14 days (unless faulty) will be subject to an exchange or credit note only. Lala Orange stocks a selection of vintage clothing in the Vintage section of the site. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all items are one-of-a-kind and therefore are not replaceable. For this reason, we strive to describe the product as much as possible, including any faults, its size and its general condition. It?s worth noting that "vintage" is a term for preworn or preloved. Therefore there are no returns on vintage items! With the exception of items purchased as Christmas gifts, any items returned after 10 days (unless faulty) will be returned to the purchaser as we will be unable to issue a credit or exchange. Sorry, we offer exchange only on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty. Items purchased as Christmas gifts may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of Christmas day, subject to the above conditions.
EXCHANGES
Lalaorange.com.au cant always guarantee availability of products as our stock is seasonal and therefore, limited. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please follow the instructions noted above for returns. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive to the return address. When exchanging for a change of mind - different colour or style a re-delivery charge will be applied. If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. It would be helpful if you can also indicate an alternate style, incase we cannot fill your first choice. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods at the Lala Orange office. Please remember to include with the return a copy of the original invoice or the original order details such as the order number, name, postal address and phone number.
